STERLING — Animal Control Advisory Board unanimously refers Kendall Hill barking dog complaint to Select Board. Chair Terry Sadler opened the March 23 meeting with six board members present and Animal Control Officer Tom Feller reporting over 600 dog licenses issued and four kennel inspections completed with eight more pending. Feller indicated he may issue a citation for a recurring barking complaint at 26 Maple Street.
The board tasked Chair Sadler with investigating whether Ivy Hill, a social-media-advertised dog day care and boarding business, requires kennel licensing.
