STERLING — The Sterling Board of Assessors approved the meeting agenda and signed warrants, payables, and abatements before entering executive session. Chairman Donlin Murray, Clerk Richard Sheppard, and Member Hannah Miller, along with Regional Assessor Rob Heckman and Assistant to the Assessor Debbie Dreyer, reviewed a Lien Release and New Lien for Donohoe and approved updates on Chapter properties. The assessor reported progress on the LA3 valuation process and ongoing cleanup of three years of sales data.
The board entered executive session at 9:26 a.m. to review confidential real estate and personal property abatements, exiting at 10:23 a.m. The next meeting is set for April 27, 2026.
