Sterling Board of Assessors approves prior minutes and statutory exemptions. Chairman Donlin Murray presided over the February 9 session, where Clerk Richard Sheppard and Member Hannah Miller voted unanimously to accept the January 12 minutes and the Statutory Exemption list. The board signed payables, abatements, and warrants, reviewed a property owner's potential Chapter withdrawal, discussed a 162 Princeton Road exemption requiring current review, and executed a new CAI contract.
The next meeting is February 23, 2026.
