Sterling Library Board approves circulation policy enabling account-sharing permissions. Director Alex Grebinar reported the new CWMARS-wide policy, effective March 29, allows cardholders to grant others permission to place holds, pick up holds, check out items, and view checkout history--with permissions grantable for any combination of the four actions and rescindable at any time. Trustees voted unanimously to adopt the amended policy.
In other business, ongoing exterior lift lobby expansion remains on schedule for completion, with the state granting a waiver allowing permanent code compliance work through July 2027.
