The Board voted unanimously to authorize the 35 Chocksett Road project, requiring a finished asphalt coat and permanent vegetative cover at stormwater features by spring 2026. In a working session, the Board forwarded residential zoning bylaw amendments to the Select Board without further changes, setting a March 12 public hearing.
