Planning Board endorses ANR for Greenland Road property division.

STERLING — The Sterling Planning Board unanimously endorsed an Approval Not Required plan for 121 Greenland Road, formally separating airport operations from the remainder of a property spanning Greenland Road to Old Princeton Road. Chairman Carl Corrinne, Vice Chair Val Pruneau, and member Eric Newman voted to approve the plan as presented; Mike Temple and John Santoro were absent. Corrinne noted that a draft Compact Development Overlay District will be held for reintroduction at a future Annual Town Meeting to limit the number of zoning amendments proposed at once.
