Sterling Planning Board approves ANR land swap and sidewalk design change. Chairman Carl Corrinne and members Val Pruneau and Eric Newman voted unanimously to endorse an Approval Not Required subdivision plan for a land exchange at 59 and 61 Redstone Hill Road, and unanimously approved a de minimis site-plan modification at 110 Leominster Road that routes a new sidewalk across Chocksett Road Extension while preserving trees near the Chocksett Inn. The board also voted to withdraw a proposed accessory structure zoning amendment after the wrong warrant article was submitted, and agreed to revert dwelling and multifamily definitions to their original language before Town Meeting.
