Sterling Conservation Commission approves $20,000 lake treatment warrant article and new contract. Chair Matthew Marro reported that Town Administrator Caldwell prepared the warrant article for East Lake Wauschacum treatment, which passed unanimously along with a new treatment contract. The Commission also unanimously issued an Order of Conditions on a solar field project by Paul Brodmerkle on Metropolitan Road, requiring a two-year wetlands replication and monitoring plan with 75 percent growth certification, as-built surveys, and stormwater monitoring reports.

Conservation Agent Sierra Harris won unanimous approval to increase the legal ad fee by $60 in response to rising costs.
