Sterling Records 11 Property Transfers in August, Only One Discloses Price
Sterling recorded 11 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only one included a disclosed sale price. Barbara Moccaldi sold a Carriage Way property to Brian and Marissa Fitzgerald for $875,000 on Aug. 20, the period's sole disclosed transaction. The other 10 transfers, at addresses including Laurelwood Road, Worcester Road, James Road and Beaman Road, carried no disclosed price, a common feature of deed records. Several transfers appear to involve the same family or trust, and two listed a lending institution as a party. With price data limited to one sale, the period's overall market tone cannot be assessed from this data alone.
