None of the nine transactions had a sale price recorded, so no price range or median can be reported for the period. The month's most notable pattern involved three properties, tied to Boutelle Road, Sherwood Drive and Griffin Road, transferred to or through Douglas A. Baldarelli as trustee, including two deeds naming the Douglas A. Baldarelli Family Revocable Trust as buyer. The remaining six transfers were scattered across town with no shared street names, involving individual sellers, two nominee trusts, a mortgage-registration entity and a limited liability company as grantors.
