Sterling Records Nine August Property Transfers, All Prices Undisclosed
Nine properties changed hands in Sterling between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, according to deeds recorded at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds. None of the nine transactions disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported for the period. The month's most notable pattern involved three properties, tied to Boutelle Road, Sherwood Drive and Griffin Road, transferred to or through Douglas A. Baldarelli as trustee, including two deeds naming the Douglas A. Baldarelli Family Revocable Trust as buyer. The remaining six transfers were scattered across town with no shared street names, involving individual sellers, two nominee trusts, a mortgage-registration entity and a limited liability company as grantors.
