Sterling Zoning Board approves accessory dwelling unit and two porch projects. The board unanimously approved an 876-square-foot detached accessory dwelling unit proposed by Eric and Katherine Case at 10 Adam Taylor Road, finding it consistent with the neighborhood's character. Amanda Favreau received a variance to build a covered porch at 2 Sunset Drive, bringing her structure from 40 feet to 30 feet from the front lot line.
William and Christine McNamara were granted a special permit to extend their porch to 12 feet at 39 Jewett Road.
