DPW Facility Committee approves revised floor plan with cost-reduction changes.
The Sterling DPW Facility Committee unanimously approved a revised floor plan combining cost-reduction measures including shop consolidation and elimination of a center vehicle-storage aisle. Chair Jonathan Morini's panel also backed a not-to-exceed $55,000 budget for structural, environmental,
