Sterling sees 15 deed transfers in September, but pricing data lags for most
Sterling recorded 15 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only three carried a sale price in registry data so far, ranging from $26,727 to $549,900 with a median of $250,000. The period's top transaction was a $549,900 sale by C D Corrinne Builders Inc. to Kathleen and John Phinney on Sept. 4, the same day related activity was recorded on Leos Way. Nine of the 15 transfers listed a bank, credit union or mortgage servicer as a party, and two involved family or condominium trusts. Prices for the remaining transfers are expected to post in registry data within about a week of recording.
