No Sale Prices Recorded in Any of 11 Sterling Property Transfers Last Month
Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 property transfers in Sterling between July 17 and Aug. 15, but none of the deeds had a sale price recorded, so a price range and median could not be calculated for the period. Transfers were spread across 10 different streets with no geographic cluster. Notable patterns included four deeds naming a mortgage or bank entity as grantor, tied to properties on Kilburn Road, Lakeshore Drive, Redemption Rock Trail and Tuttle Road, and three deeds involving trusts as sellers on properties tied to the Heinrich, Kane and Bothwell families.
